Delete your Paracord account
You can permanently delete your Paracord account and the data tied to it at any time. Choose whichever method works for you.
1In the app
This is the fastest way. Open Paracord, go to Settings → Delete my account, and confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately — no waiting on a request.
2By email
If you can't access the app, email support@paracordapp.uk from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done, usually within a few days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- Your account and sign-in details
- Every logged session and its notes
- Your Permits and activity history
- Connections to other leaders
- Any history imported via CSV
Data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days after deletion,
after which it's automatically purged. This is standard disaster-recovery practice and
that backup copy is never used to restore or access your account once deletion is confirmed.
